How much does home window tint cost?
Residential film is priced by the square foot of glass, so the biggest factors are how many windows you want done and how big they are. The type of film (clear heat control, privacy or decorative) and how easy the windows are to reach also matter. Second-story and very large panes take more setup.

Will window film make my house dark?
Not unless you want it to. Modern heat-control films can be nearly clear and still reject a lot of solar heat. If you want privacy too, darker and reflective films let you see out during the day while making it hard to see in. We'll put samples on your actual windows so you can see the difference in your own light.
How the install works
- Free estimate. We look at the windows, show you samples and measure.
- Prep. Glass is deep-cleaned and the frames and sills protected.
- Install. Film is cut to fit and applied with clean edges, room by room.
- Walk-through. We go over everything with you and explain the short cure time.

Caring for window film
Let the film cure for a few weeks. A little haze or a few water pockets at first are normal and clear up as it dries. After that, clean with a soft cloth or squeegee and a mild, ammonia-free cleaner. No razor blades or abrasive pads on the film.
